Our Mastermind group is based on the concept of Napoleon Hill, which originated nearly a century ago through the study of successful Americans such as Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Theodore Roosevelt and John D. Rockefeller. It is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept that helps members solve their problems with the help of suggestions and advice from other group members.
We have extended the Mastermind concept with the High Performance Coaching Model by Michael Breen (modified by Christian Pessing and Andre Ottlik) and help you to make better progress in your personal development and in your development as a team. You will get into exchange with your management colleagues and learn first coaching techniques at the same time.

STAY TOGETHER ON TRACK
In our mastermind groups with a maximum of 8 participants, you get in touch with your colleagues and help each other in your change process. You stick to your (individual) goals and pursue them continuously.
Together you look at your current goals, define them more precisely, solve obstacles and find the appropriate solution. In addition, you will regularly find time to discuss leadership topics in a moderated setting.

In each session, you'll be able to share and discuss current challenges and get tips from others in a safe space.
We meet every 2-4 weeks
