How long do your workshop programmes run?
Our workshop series consist of 6 sessions of 3 hours each, spread over approximately 3 months. Individual formats such as the Investor Pitch Training or Presentation Training are also available as more compact programmes.
Can workshops be held on-site?
Yes. All our programmes can be delivered remotely, in a hybrid format or fully on-site. We can come to your office or run the workshops at our own premises.
How many participants do workshops work for?
Our workshops work best in groups of 6 to 16 people. This leaves enough room for genuine exchange and individual development. For larger groups, we're happy to discuss parallel formats.
In which languages are workshops available?
All workshops are available in both German and English. We work with international teams and multilingual organisations.
How quickly can we start?
After an initial consultation and proposal alignment, we can usually start the first workshop within 2–4 weeks. Let us know what your timeline looks like and we'll make it work.
Do you also offer workshops for teams outside Germany?
Yes. We work with organisations across Europe and internationally. All remote and hybrid formats are fully location-independent.
