Our workshop series has evolved since 2013 from the needs of different innovative, fast-growing digital companies. Together with our customers, we have improved and refined our program from year to year and transferred it to the remote world in early 2020 - with success.
The remote workshops continue to be booked by organizations even though they have all employees working on site again. Our concept offers a special advantage for remote working teams: Through participating in our unique remote workshop series, you learn right away how to work better remotely with your colleagues.
Over the course of several weeks, you can continue your training with our workshop series and change and improve step by step. You can always come back to the sessions with questions and discuss everyday topics with our coaches.

What's the difference between the Core Skills Series and the Leadership Workshop Series?
The Leadership Workshop Series is designed for managers and covers topics like leadership identity, team development and decision-making. The Core Skills Series is for professionals and focuses on self-organisation, communication, digital collaboration and productive day-to-day working.
How many sessions are in the series?
That depends on the format you choose. The standard is 3 sessions of 3 hours each over several weeks. We discuss this in the initial consultation.
How many participants is the series suited for?
Optimal for 6–10 people from a team or department. Learning together is more effective than individual training.
Can leaders and professionals join together?
That's possible, but not always recommended – because the topics and tone differ. If needed, we can design a format that works well for mixed groups.
Is the series also available in German?
Yes. All content is available in both English and German.
How quickly do we see results?
Often after just the first session, participants report approaching things differently in their day-to-day work. The biggest effects emerge over the course of the full series.
