Since 2010, we've been supporting leaders and teams in doing exactly that.
A TEAM WITH REAL PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
What unites our team: we've all personally experienced what it's like to work in organisations, to lead teams, to make mistakes and to learn from them. We don't bring academic textbook knowledge – we bring input from real projects, from hundreds of coaching sessions and from years of working with very different organisations.
Andre Ottlik, founder and Head Coach, has been working as an international consultant, coach and trainer since 2009 – and as an external lecturer at the University of Bayreuth, the University of Weimar, TU Berlin and FU Berlin. He combines leadership development with practical relevance, NLP and a genuine understanding of the challenges facing digitally working organisations.
Anica Alla brings over 10 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and coach in company culture, change management and HR strategy. Franziska Blickle has been a trainer since 2013 with a focus on communication and leadership development, and brings 7 years of operational HR management experience. Fabiana Bernardi is a certified trainer with 6 years of management experience and a strong background in community building and motivation. Michael Geerdts has been a communication trainer since 2006, a lecturer at HTW Berlin since 2008 and is a Licensed Trainer of NLP™.

We are a small, specialised team of experienced coaches and trainers. Depending on the project and focus, we bring in the right people – for the best possible match between coach and client.
Where is the Digital Leader Program based?
We operate from Germany but work with clients across the DACH region and internationally. All our programmes are available remotely and in hybrid formats.
Can I work directly with Andre Ottlik?
Yes. As founder and Head Coach, Andre is directly involved in many coaching and workshop projects. In the initial consultation, we'll clarify which member of our team is the best fit for your situation.
Do you work with international teams?
Yes. All programmes are available in English, and we have extensive experience with international and multicultural teams.
