Andre Ottlik is the founder and CEOĀ of the Digital Leader Program and Startup Workshops, as well as host of the podcast 3 minutes max. ā€“ Human Skills in the Age of AI. With a degree in business informatics, he has been supporting innovative specialists and managers in international teams since 2009, focusing on human skills, leadership, culture design, and compelling investor pitches. He works in German and English as a coach, speaker, and trainer. Since 2011, he has also been an external lecturer for various universities and research institutes in Europe.
