Our workshop series has evolved since 2013 from the needs of different leaders from innovative, fast-growing digital companies. Together with our customers, we have improved and refined our program from year to year and transferred it to the remote world in early 2020 - with success.

The remote workshops continue to be booked by organizations even though they have all employees working on site again. Our concept offers a special advantage for remote working leads: Through our approach to designing the workshops, you learn right away how to work better remotely with your colleagues.

Over the course of several months, you can continue your training with our workshop series and change and improve step by step. You can always come back to the sessions with questions and discuss everyday topics with our coaches.

WHY 6 SESSIONS ACHIEVE MORE THAN A 6-DAY INTENSIVE SEMINAR

 

Leadership doesn't develop in a weekend workshop. It grows through repeated reflection, the conscious practice of new behaviours – and through conversations with others who face similar challenges.

That's exactly why our Leadership Workshop Series is structured across 6 sessions over 3 months. Not as a burden – as a concept. You learn in focused 3-hour sessions, take time between workshops to apply what you've learned in everyday life, and then come back together to talk about what worked and what didn't. That's where real transfer happens. That's how the way you lead actually changes.


WHAT HAPPENS ACROSS THE 6 SESSIONS

 

The series is designed so that each session builds on the last. You start with your own leadership identity – Who am I as a leader? What are my strengths, what are my blind spots? – and then work through the core themes of modern leadership: communication and feedback, decision-making, team development, hybrid collaboration and resilience.

Between workshops, you work with concrete reflection questions and small exercises that fit into your daily routine – not as homework nobody does, but as impulses that accompany you in real situations.

All sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom and MURAL online whiteboard – or hybrid/on-site, depending on your preferences.

This workshop series is not for leaders who want to tick a box on their annual plan. It's for people who understand that good leadership is not a status – it's a practice. A mindset that can be developed and refined every day.

We've built and refined this series since 2013, together with leaders from startups, agencies, tech companies and mid-size organisations. What to expect: no frontal instruction, no overloaded slide decks – but genuine collaborative work on the real topics that matter to you.

Groups typically consist of 6 to 10 leaders – large enough for diverse perspectives, small enough for genuine trust.


REMOTE OR ON-SITE – BOTH WORK BRILLIANTLY

 

Many of our clients originally booked the series remotely – and continue to book it remotely, even though their teams are back in the office. The reason: in our remote format, you don't just learn the content, you experience firsthand what good digital collaboration actually looks like.

For teams who prefer to work together in person, we offer the series in hybrid or fully on-site formats – either at your office or at a location of your choice.

With consultants, trainers and coaches located in Berlin and Lisbon, we are supporting teams all over Europe.

What does the Leadership Workshop Series cover?
The series includes 6 workshops of 3 hours each over approximately 3 months. Topics include leadership identity, communication and feedback, team development, hybrid collaboration, decision-making and resilience. All sessions are interactive and practice-focused.

How many participants does the series work for?
Optimal for 6–16 leaders. This allows for genuine peer exchange and individual development within the group.

Can the series be run in English?
Yes, fully. All content is available in German and English. We also work with international and multilingual teams.

What happens between sessions?
You receive reflection questions and practical micro-exercises that you can apply in your day-to-day work between workshops. We're also available for questions in between.

Can the content be customised?
Yes. We can set specific focus areas, deepen particular topics or extend the programme with your specific organisational challenges. We discuss this in the initial consultation.

How quickly can we start?
