THEĀ CULTURE DESIGN CANVAS
The mindset of an organization can be recognized in so many places. Especially in hybrid teams, it is important to simply explain to new employees what makes the organization tick and what is expected of them. Transformation projects also require the buy-in of different hierarchy levels and their know-how.
In 1-3 workshop sessions, we use Gustavo Razzetti's Culture Design Canvas to work out your desired culture either with the entire team or with individual parts and leave the sessions with concrete next steps.
The canvas is a great start to initiate changes to the culture and is a great addition to our workshop series.
