THE CULTURE DESIGN CANVAS
The mindset of an organization can be recognized in so many places. Especially in hybrid teams, it is important to simply explain to new employees what makes the organization tick and what is expected of them. Transformation projects also require the buy-in of different hierarchy levels and their know-how.
In 1-3 workshop sessions, we use Gustavo Razzetti's Culture Design Canvas to work out your desired culture either with the entire team or with individual parts and leave the sessions with concrete next steps.
The canvas is a great start to initiate changes to the culture and is a great addition to our workshop series.

What is the Culture Design Canvas?
The Culture Design Canvas is a framework by Gustavo Razzetti (Fearless Culture) that helps organisations reflect on and actively shape their culture. It covers dimensions including values, rituals, behaviours, decision-making processes and more.
How long does a Culture Design Workshop take?
That depends on the scope. A compact workshop can cover half a day; for deeper culture work we recommend 1–2 days – or a multi-session workshop series. We discuss this together in advance.
How many participants can take part?
Our Culture Design Workshops work for individual teams as well as cross-departmental groups. For larger organisations, we design multi-stage formats.
Can the workshop be run remotely?
Yes. We use MURAL online whiteboards to work in a highly collaborative and visual way even in a remote setting. Hybrid or on-site formats are also available.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with concrete actions and a plan. If you'd like, we can also support you through implementation – with follow-up sessions, coaching or further workshops.
Is a culture design workshop useful for startups?
Absolutely. Especially during a growth phase, when new people join and structures are forming, being intentional about culture is crucial. The earlier you start, the less effort you'll need to fix it later.
