Who are your programmes designed for?

How does the Digital Leader Program differ from traditional training seminars?
Traditional seminars tend to be one-off, lacking in practical relevance, and quickly forgotten. Our approach focuses on sustainable development over several weeks or months, with direct transfer into day-to-day work. You're not learning for a day – you're changing how you work.
Do you offer programmes in English?
Yes. All our workshops, coaching sessions and the Concept Kit are fully available in English and German. With consultants, trainers and coaches located in Berlin and Lisbon, we are supporting teams all over Europe.
