Do I need to customise the content myself?

Do our trainers need a formal training qualification?
No. The Concept Kit is designed so that people without formal trainer certification can also start using it. We guide you through the onboarding and are available for questions throughout. With consultants, trainers and coaches located in Berlin and Lisbon, we are supporting teams all over Europe.
How often is the content updated?
Regularly. Topics like AI, remote work, hybrid leadership and culture design evolve quickly – and our materials keep pace. As a Concept Kit user, you automatically benefit from updates.
How many internal trainers is the kit designed for?
That depends on your organisation. The Concept Kit works for a single internal trainer just as well as for a large internal coaching community. In our initial consultation we'll work out the right setup together.
