Leader:innen Frage: Welche Steps gehst du, um eine Team Vision zu definieren? 

In deiner Rolle als Leader ist es hilfreich für dich und dein Team über eure Unternehmensvision hinaus eine Team Vision zu entwickeln, die im speziellen die Ziele und Werte eurer Abteilung und eures Teams verkörpern.

Die Vision stellt das übergeordnete Ziel dar, das dein Team anstrebt und dient als Leitstern für eure Arbeit. Eine starke Team Vision gibt deinem Team einen klaren Zweck und motiviert euch, über euch hinauszuwachsen. 💪

Doch wie gehst du vor, um eine Vision für dein Team auszugestalten? 

Betrachte diese zwei Säulen:

✅ UNTERNEHMEN: Betrachte als erstes die Vision, das Leitbild und die Mission eures Unternehmens. Wie klar ist dir als Leader die Vision eures Unternehmens? Und inwiefern kommunizierst du sie bereits an dein Team und strahlst sie aus? 

Sollte dir unklar sein, wie eure Unternehmensvision lautet, gib Feedback nach oben und hole dir mehr Klarheit wohin es mit eurem Unternehmen gehen soll. 

✅ TEAM: Schau dir als nächstes an, welche Team Vision ihr aktuell habt. Wo wollt ihr eure Abteilung oder euer Projekt hin entwickeln? Welche gemeinsame Arbeitskultur wollt ihr künftig schaffen? Welche Prozessqualität wollt ihr etablieren? Mit welchen Tools wollt ihr arbeiten? Welche Teamenergie und Atmosphäre wollt ihr gestalten? 

Setze dich mit deinem Team zusammen und lass sie so viel wie möglich an der Team Vision mit gestalten.  

Eure Teamvision sollte zur bestehenden Unternehmenskultur passen und sie unterstützen. 

Merke:

Die Vision dient nicht nur als Leitstern für uns, sondern auch als Orientierungspunkt für unsere täglichen Entscheidungen und Aktionen. Sie erinnert uns daran, was wir als Team erreichen wollen und welchen Beitrag wir leisten können. Die Vision gibt uns Fokus und hilft uns, Hindernisse zu überwinden und Lösungen zu finden. 💡

In your role as a leader, it is helpful for you and your team to go beyond your corporate vision to develop a team vision that specifically embodies the goals and values of your department and team.

The vision represents the overarching goal your team is striving to achieve and serves as a guiding star for your work. A strong team vision gives your team a clear purpose and motivates you to go above and beyond. 💪

But how do you go about crafting a vision for your team?

Consider these two pillars:

✅ COMPANY: First, consider your company's vision, mission, and vision statement. As a leader, how clear is your company's vision to you? And to what extent are you already communicating it to your team and radiating it?

If you are unclear about your company's vision, provide feedback upward and get more clarity on where you want your company to go.

✅ TEAM: Next, take a look at what your current team vision is. Where do you want to take your department or project? What common work culture do you want to create in the future? What process quality do you want to establish? What tools do you want to work with? What team energy and atmosphere do you want to create?

Sit down with your team and let them contribute as much as possible to the team vision.

Your team vision should fit with and support the existing company culture.
