In deiner Rolle als Leader ist es hilfreich für dich und dein Team über eure Unternehmensvision hinaus eine Team Vision zu entwickeln, die im speziellen die Ziele und Werte eurer Abteilung und eures Teams verkörpern.
Die Vision stellt das übergeordnete Ziel dar, das dein Team anstrebt und dient als Leitstern für eure Arbeit. Eine starke Team Vision gibt deinem Team einen klaren Zweck und motiviert euch, über euch hinauszuwachsen. 💪
Doch wie gehst du vor, um eine Vision für dein Team auszugestalten?
Betrachte diese zwei Säulen:
✅ UNTERNEHMEN: Betrachte als erstes die Vision, das Leitbild und die Mission eures Unternehmens. Wie klar ist dir als Leader die Vision eures Unternehmens? Und inwiefern kommunizierst du sie bereits an dein Team und strahlst sie aus?
