Sicher ist dir schon aufgefallen, dass wir sehr viel über Digital Leadership sprechen und dass all unsere Workshops und Masterminds darauf ausgerichtet sind, Teams und Leader:innen genau dafür zu wappnen. 🦾

Aber was ist dieses Digital Leadership jetzt ganz konkret? 

Die digitale Transformation und der Wettbewerb wird exponentiell immer schneller und die Aufgaben komplexer. Um diese neuen Herausforderungen zu meistern, brauchen wir auch eine neue Art von Leading. Weniger Hierarchie und me, me, me, dafür mehr agile Teams, Teamwork, sowie Führungskräfte mit ausgeprägter Veränderungskompetenz! #growthmindset

Denn die Digitale Transformation und Digital Leadership ist ab jetzt kein Zukunftsgeplänkel mehr, dass man mal kurz im Jour Fix an einem Montag Morgen mit in die Agenda schiebt, a la „Ich glaube da müssen wir jetzt auch mal drüber reden“… Nein, wir sind mitten drin und genau deshalb ist dieses Thema so wichtig!

Also, Digital Leadership ist kein direkter Führungs­stil, sondern viel­mehr ein Konzept, welches aus dem Insight kommt, dass hierarchische Führung, Unter­nehmen und Orga­nisationen in unserer modernen Arbeits­welt zu­nehmend handlungs­un­fähig macht. Um am Markt und Up to Date zu bleiben, brauchen wir ein Modell, das die Unter­nehmens­führung in die Lage ver­setzt, Ver­änderungen nicht nur vorherzusehen, sondern auch flexibel auf diese reagieren zu können. Ein Digital Leader zeichnet sich durch verschiedene Merkmale und Fähigkeiten aus, die ihm ermöglichen, in einer zunehmend digitalisierten Welt erfolgreich zu sein:

But what is this digital leadership now in concrete terms?

Digital transformation and competition are accelerating exponentially and the tasks are becoming more complex. To master these new challenges, we also need a new kind of leading. From now on, digital transformation and digital leadership is no longer just a future topic that is briefly added to the agenda during a jour fix on a Monday morning, a la "I think we need to talk about this now"...
